The Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Luzerner Kantonsspital (LUKS) is co-led by Stephan Baumeler and Andrea De Gottardi. Services include comprehensive digestive system care, AI-assisted colonoscopy, high-resolution imaging of the gastrointestinal tract and abdominal organs, and treatment of liver disease, offered on an outpatient and inpatient basis at the Lucerne, Sursee, Wolhusen, and Spital Nidwalden sites.
