Marienhospital Stuttgart – Gastroenterologie und Hepatologie

The Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Marienhospital Stuttgart (Department of Internal Medicine 2), led by Dr. Stefano Fusco, treats conditions of the digestive tract and liver. Diagnostics include gastroscopy, colonoscopy, endosonography, capsule endoscopy and ultrasound with fine-needle aspiration. Therapeutic services include polyp removal, hemostasis, stent placement, gallstone removal and endoscopic tumor therapy. The department works closely with the certified colorectal, pancreatic and oncology centers.
