The Department of Internal Medicine I at Oberschwabenklinik Ravensburg (St. Elisabethen-Klinikum), led by Prof. Dr. Peter Klare, offers interventional endoscopy including endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) for early cancers and endosonographically-guided interventions. The department performs around 5,000 ultrasound examinations and 250 endosonographies annually, and hosts an accredited oncology center.
