The Department of Gastroenterology at SRH Wald-Klinikum Gera, led by Chief Physician Prof. Dr. med. Uwe Will, is Thuringia’s only DEGUM level-3 certified clinic and leads the region in ultrasound examinations (over 10,000/year), focusing on minimally invasive endoscopic procedures including gastroscopy, colonoscopy, ERCP, endosonography and capsule endoscopy.
